My day begins with a pipeline huddle, where we critically review our recruitment strategies and metrics, always looking for areas to improve. I then conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews, focusing on identifying individuals who not only have the skills but also the drive for excellence that aligns with our culture. Throughout the day, I refine our sourcing methods, ensuring we're tapping into the best talent pools. I pay close attention to our onboarding process, regularly gathering feedback to enhance the experience for new hires. Weekly, I perform an in-depth analysis of our recruitment metrics, challenging ourselves to exceed industry benchmarks and our own previous performance.
